ESR Piotr Bartochowski, Early Stage Researcher of the STRATEGY-CKD project, has successfully defended his doctoral thesis! His research work focuses on the analysis of the changes in the intestinal barrier and gut microbiota in an animal model of Chronic Kidney Disease, with or without induced Vascular Calcification. The guidance of Prof. Angel Argiles, Dr. Flore Duranton, and Dr. Nathalie Gayrard (RD-Nephrologie SAS) played a crucial role in the completion of this research.
